1. Both OEM and ODM Manufacturing available. If new molds are requested, product sample need to be supplied. Mold costs could be negotiable. 

2. Sample order or trial orders are acceptable. Freight will be on your account and sample costs will be refunded in your formal order.

4. We will keep tracking the products for you every two days until you get the products. When you receive the goods, please check the goods condition. Q1. What is your style of packaging?

A: Normally, small parts are packed in PE film bags, neutral or printed boxes, and corrugated cartons.Large size parts are packed in PE bags, framed carton board and corrugated cartons. Wood frame are used if neccessary.
Or we can pack the goods in your legally registered patent after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: TT 100% in advance;T/T 30% deposit, balance 70% before delivery; LC payment. We'll show you the photos of the ready products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, Express.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment.It depends on your order items and the quantities.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings in the condition of not infringe on other parts' right.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. Sample costs will be refundable in your volume order.

Q7. What’s your minimal order?
For ready parts, minimal QTY is 1 piece. If we have to make new production for you, minimal order will be from 50 pieces to 300 pieces according to the models and parts. This could be negotiable based on sincerity.

Q8. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we do 100% test before delivery. We have quality control team to complete this work.
